We seek candidates with a proven record of academic excellence, holding a bachelor's degree with a minimum overall average of 65% and no more than two failed subjects throughout their degree. Ideal applicants will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, and an innovative, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Candidates should be naturally self-directed, able to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly, eager to collaborate, and committed to helping others grow professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the English language is also required.
