Responsibilities

• - Customer Development: Support brand growth strategies, contribute to category expansion, and enhance consumer engagement
• - Customer Service & Logistics: Assist in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring efficient product distribution, and improving customer satisfaction
• - Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and contribute to brand positioning efforts
• - Project Assignments: Participate in various projects to gain exposure to different commercial functions and business operations

Qualifications

• Minimum B
• Com Degree/Honours in • Marketing Management • Business Management • Logistics Management • Supply Chain Management • Digital/Analytics • Other BCom related program • 0-2 years of working experience • Possess analytical & problem-solving skills • Numerate with good attention to detail • Result-focused with strong leadership, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment • Strong implementation/team building /collaboration and project management skills • Ability to work well under time pressure
