As a Business Analyst at BCG, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations. You will play a key role in driving strategic insights and supporting clients in making informed decisions that enhance their operations and competitive advantage

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation
• Drive independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success

Qualifications

• Must be studying a Bachelor's, Honour’s or Master’s degree
• STEM degree preferred You must be in your final year of study in 2025 Strong academics and analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail
• The minimum university academic requirement is an accumulative average GPA of 68% High school pure mathematics must not be less than 65% Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments
