Description

As a Human Resources Graduate at Sanlam, you will support a small Human Capital team with a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. The role is designed to provide exposure to the full employee life cycle, contribute to HR frameworks, and assist in the implementation of key talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on HR-related topics to support the development of workplace frameworks
• Demonstrate initiative in learning about the employee life cycle
• Coordinate talent activities according to the HR Calendar
• Create quality documentation of HR processes and guidelines using MS Word or PowerPoint
• Manage time effectively and meet required deadlines

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• Relevant HR experience
