We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Engineer to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems and networks. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in IT principles, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Network & System Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (servers, workstations, routers, switches) and software
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) under supervision
• IT Operations & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end-users (helpdesk tasks, troubleshooting hardware/software issues)
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
• Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing
• Security & Compliance: Help implement basic cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, updates)
• Follow IT policies and best practices for data protection
• Collaboration & Projects: Work with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and deployments
• Participate in IT audits and inventory management
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• A completed bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Information Systems)
