Responsibilities

  • Perform system installation, repairs and servicing at customer sites
  • Implements major product upgrades relative to the assigned system/product group
  • Collaborates with Sales department to assist with basic troubleshooting training of Customers
  • Provide service support and technical troubleshooting for defined service interventions
  • Provide proactive service

Qualifications

  • University degree (National Diploma), ideally in one of the following fields Electrical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Mechatronics, Medical Technology, biomedical or related
  • (THIS MUST BE COMPLETED)
  • VALID DRIVERS LICENCE and Own CAR is Essential
