Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programmes designed to develop core skills
• Rotate across business units to gain exposure to different aspects of the bank’s operations
• Contribute to projects that drive innovation and improve client service
• Analyse business challenges and provide input toward meaningful solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic goals
• Build strong working relationships with mentors, peers, and leaders across the bank
• Apply academic knowledge to real business scenarios in a supportive learning environment

Qualifications

• Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree obtained within the last 3 years (no later than 15 January 2026)
• Academic average of at least 60%
• Less than 2 years of working experience
• Must be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit SA ID number
• Must have a clear criminal and credit record
• Willingness to be based in Stellenbosch (Western Cape)
