In this role, you will WOW us by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborating with various departments, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, you will understand data needs and deliver accurate and timely analysis. You will perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives and solve business problems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and cleansing. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization tools is essential. It would be WOW if you bring a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the retail or wholesale sector. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAC or similar is important, as are strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders, experience with CRM and ERP systems, and knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques are also highly valued.
