We are seeking a highly skilled professional to plan, build, optimize, and implement innovative quantitative analytical methodologies, procedures, products, and advanced mathematical models that provide analytical support and interpret insights using advanced analytics technologies. This role aims to address business opportunities and problems and implement business strategy effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in model development and have developed multiple credit scorecards, with experience in various types of Reject Inference being advantageous. Strong project management skills are essential, including managing projects with multiple stakeholders, setting deadlines, and communicating effectively. The candidate should also be capable of mentoring and training junior data scientists in scorecard development. An excellent understanding of origination strategies and the impact of other credit risk models on scorecards is crucial.
