The Controlling graduate is responsible for assisting the controlling team to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness. This role supports the Controlling team in various activities, ensuring compliance with all financial procedures and adherence to Faurecia's finance-related procedures, including product flow, inventory, routings, and internal control basics. The Controlling graduate will assist in providing reliable financial and controlling information, including data for budgets, periodic forecasts, and other reporting needs. They will collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, and transparency. Responsibilities also include updating information into the ERP system and contributing to controlling analysis, such as variance analysis, standard costs, margins, programs, and plant budgetary control. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Shared Service Center to obtain and provide accurate finance information and contributing to the control and management of the plant's operating cash flow, including capital expenditures and inventory overdues.
