ABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations. The Division’s extensive service portfolio offers product care, modernization, and advisory services to improve performance, extend equipment lifetime and deliver new levels of operational and sustainable efficiency. We help customers keep resources in use for as long as possible, extracting the maximum value from them, and then recovering and regenerating products and materials at the end of their useful life.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category
• Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively
• Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers
• Identifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth

Qualifications

• University graduates with no more than 2 years working experience
• Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum 4 years of study)
• High-performing students with a minimum average of 70% throughout their studies
• Proven ability to solve problems, creatively and think innovatively
• Excellent interpersonal skills, complemented by leadership abilities, high self-confidence, and a strong desire to learn
