We are seeking a skilled Customer Data Analyst with expertise in Customer analytics and Data Platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis and the technical prowess to manipulate and interpret customer data. You will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets to inform strategy, enhance customer experiences, and drive business decisions. The role will work in an agile environment, in a project-based team structure, coordinating with Massmart data and analytics and the Customer office to respond to business requirements. Responsible for understanding our customers at a granular level to deliver unparalleled personalized experiences by developing and deploying analytical solutions across the business.Manage and maintain the integrity of customer data across the CDP(customer data platform). Ensure accurate segmentation, tagging, and tracking of customer interactions across various touchpoints driving toward the goal of a unified customer view. Working with legal teams and Group Tech -IT InfoSec to ensure customer data compliance standards are upheld and processes are undertaken for the acquisition or management of customer data.
