Deslee Mattex is offering an exciting IT Internship opportunity based in Cape Town, ideal for a passionate and proactive individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with IT projects across multiple branches. Candidates must have a relevant IT diploma or certificate, knowledge of A+ and N+, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be willing to travel between sites. A valid driver’s license and own transport would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd Line support to all Desktop and Laptop Users
• Install hardware and software
• Maintain hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist with IT projects

Qualifications

• Matric and any IT diploma or certificate
• Knowledge about N+ and A+
• Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
• Valid driver's license and own car would be advantageous
• Must be willing to travel between sites
