Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the Human Resources department
• Perform tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Participate in administrative and process improvement projects within HR
• Contribute to maintaining accurate and organized employee records
• Engage in continuous learning through performance assessments and reviews

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential)
• Advanced Diploma/BA Degree/ B Com Degree in Human Resources Management (Desirable)
