The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 is an exclusive, contract-based initiative designed for top finance and investment graduates aspiring to become elite Private Advisors. The program offers practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, preparing participants for the dynamic landscape of private banking. The program requires a completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in fields such as BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client and business meetings alongside seasoned Private Advisors
• Shadow experienced professionals to understand their workflows and advisory style
• Conduct research on financial trends and investment opportunities
• Learn to structure tailored advisory solutions for high-net-worth clients

Qualifications

• FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in fields such as BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics (Only)
