The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 is an exclusive, contract-based initiative designed for top finance and investment graduates aspiring to become elite Private Advisors. The program offers practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, ensuring participants acquire essential skills for serving high-net-worth individuals. The closing date for applications is 30 November 2025, and applicants must have a completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Job shadow senior advisors and attend internal meetings to observe client interactions and decision-making processes
• Draft client proposals, reports, and presentations
• Analyze financial trends, market data, and investment strategies
• Support wealth-planning efforts, estate planning, and portfolio recommendations

Qualifications

• A FAIS-accredited degree, NQF Level 7 (Undergraduate) or NQF Level 8 (Postgraduate) in one of:
• BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics
