The position involves shadowing staff, participating in learning experiences, and gaining practical experience in customer communication, administrative tasks, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have a National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, 0-1 year of relevant work experience, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that queries are addressed in a satisfactory and timeous manner
• Provide general administrative, research and assistance
• Take work briefs/instructions from Mentor and/or Specialist to structure the work required to produce specific deliverables
• Execute project work task effectively and efficiently as an individual and collaboratively
• Produce quality work that can be used as input to develop the most appropriate project solutions for the client

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience
