Valterra Platinum is offering a Graduate Programme in Information Management (IM) for bold, curious, and driven graduates ready to shape the future of mining through digital transformation. With hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects, graduates will gain skills in cybersecurity, automation, AI, and data analysis to help improve operational excellence across the platinum value chain.

Responsibilities

• Apply IM knowledge to support mining operations with real-time decision-making
• Gain expertise in cybersecurity, automation, and AI
• Analyse system and operational data for insights and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development rotations
• Ensure alignment with safety standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Science (BBusSc) in Information Systems (Honours level) OR
• Bachelor of Information Technology Honours in Information Systems (or related field)
• Minimum overall academic average of 65%
• Must have qualified in the past 24 months
• No more than 12 months’ post-qualification experience
• South African citizenship required
