The Operate team is responsible for creating operations consoles for Camunda 8 Platform, enabling users to monitor, analyze, and resolve issues with any process instance. They work closely with Product Management, Product Designers, Frontend Engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced, iterative environment. The team also assists customers in resolving issues operating the software as part of 3rd-level support. The ideal candidate should have the ability to use the product, work asynchronously, be an effective communicator and team player, love solving technical challenges, have a critical thinking mindset, and take ownership of the codebase. Key skills include experience with Spring Framework, writing documentation, analytical skills, Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform, and knowledge of Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.
