Responsibilities

• Data Visualisation & Automation
• Develop clear and insightful data visualizations and reports
• Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support analytics initiatives
• Analytics Support
• Contribute to the delivery of research insights through tasks like data cleaning, processing free text, preparing datasets for statistical analysis, executing analyses, and updating presentations
• Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by applying a continuous improvement mindset
• Identify and resolve data or process issues, conduct quality control checks, and suggest workflow improvements
• Administrative Support
• Manage administrative tasks related to analytics, including adhering to standard operating procedures, managing project workloads independently, and tracking tasks using project management tools

Qualifications

• A recognised three-year degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or other data-related fields, OR an Honours degree in Psychology or Social Sciences
