Description

To provide support to Group Legal Services through the effective and efficient provision of legal advice to the Rand Water Group across various areas of law relevant to the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all allocated legal instructions
• Provide strategic legal advice, guidance, and direction to Rand Water Group
• Manage litigation and arbitration matters, liaising with stakeholders and external law firms
• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with Rand Water’s strategic goals

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) / BProc
• Admission as an Attorney (highly recommended)
• Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
• 3 – 8 years’ experience in an in-house legal role in a leading organisation
• Valid driver’s license
