Description

To formally raise and report issues of non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their implementation. The role ensures ATNS maintains an effective compliance framework, adheres to regulatory requirements, and fosters a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of compliance policies and frameworks
• Identify compliance risks and develop compliance risk management plans
• Conduct compliance risk assessments within ATNS and its Air Traffic Service Units
• Schedule and execute compliance assurance activities
• Investigate compliance issues and regulatory matters

Qualifications

• BCom Law or LLB degree
