The Business Analyst role at Momentum Health involves gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, supporting solution design, and assisting with user acceptance testing. The position supports cross-functional project teams in delivering innovative healthcare solutions, using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. It requires 1–3 years of experience, a relevant qualification, and a Business Analysis certification (e.g., BABOK, CBAP).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including product owners, end-users, and IT teams
• Assist in the development of business cases
• Map and evaluate business processes to suggest improvements
• Assist in testing and validating solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions to support business needs
• Support project planning and coordination activities

Qualifications

• Business Analysis certification
• Information Technology, Business Analysis or related Degree/Diploma
• BABOK
• IIBA
• 1-3 Years’ Business Analysis or related experience
• Healthcare and wellness experience beneficial
• Experience in working with cross-functional project teams will be beneficial
