BTT Richards Bay is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their & Isando Logistics Department in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The role involves ensuring efficient customer response to requests, queries, and orders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, strong customer focus, and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all transfer, rail and road orders from various customers are accurately received and created on BTT SAP system
• Receive dip certificates from Logistics Controllers and file accordingly
• Update the Logistics dashboards monthly and submit to Logistics Manager
• File all Logistics filing received from shift Controllers accordingly
• Gather information for reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 3 years’ customer service experience
• 2 years Admin/ Data Capturing experience
