Discovery is offering a Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) HR Learner opportunity within its Central Services unit. This is a fixed-term, structured program aimed at providing practical HR experience to students who have completed their N6 in Administration or Human Resources at a TVET College. The program bridges academic learning with workplace practice, allowing learners to contribute to HR functions such as talent acquisition, administration, data management, and projects, while fulfilling their qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition processes within the HR department
• Assist with day-to-day HR administration tasks
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of HR reports

Qualifications

• Matric/ Grade 12
• Completed (N6) in Administration and Human Resources at TVET Colleges
