The role focuses on designing and deploying digitized and automated business processes across Vodacom’s customer operations, including customer-facing self-service chatbots, internal bots, and robotics process automation. The successful candidate will help reimagine processes, introduce creative automation solutions, and ensure alignment with Vodafone’s global strategy. This position requires strong business analysis skills, proven experience in automation or digital product development, and the ability to work in agile, collaborative squads

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging technologies and trends to inform and transform digital customer experience
• Enhance and document current automation guidelines and ensure governance
• Collaborate across multiple squads in and outside of Digital Tribe and Customer Operations

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 essential plus applicable
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution tertiary preferably in related field
• Diploma in business analysis
