Paracon is seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to join a cross-functional team working on modern web and mobile applications. The role involves building responsive, scalable, and visually engaging user interfaces, collaborating with designers and back-end developers, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The position offers exposure to a cloud-native stack with React.js, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive front-end applications
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable front-end code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions
• Ensure code quality via testing, reviews, and best practices
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and services
• Maintain scalable and high-performance front-end architecture
• Participate in agile processes (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Grade 12 National Certificate (required)
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
