Hire Resolve is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to join its Managed Services team. The successful candidate will investigate system functionality, support enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement for clients. This role involves acting as the first line of support, preparing documentation, and collaborating across teams to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate system functionality and perform gap analysis
• Write use cases and test cases for regression testing
• Act as first-line support for client queries and change requests
• Prepare SLA reports and client status updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fixes and enhancements
• Escalate and manage client issues through resolution
• Support client onboarding and training activities
• Facilitate discussions to improve client service standard

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience supporting and enhancing existing software features
• Strong documentation skills for both technical and business users
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations
• Experience with support/help desk environments
• Exposure to DevOps tools (advantageous)
• Experience writing test cases and performing software testing
• Exposure to UI/UX concepts (beneficial)
