The Land Use Management Intern at Roads Agency Limpopo is open to candidates with a National Diploma or Bachelor’s in Town Planning or Land Survey. Responsibilities

• Ensuring that land use within road reserves adheres to zoning laws and regulations
• Evaluating the potential environmental effects of proposed developments within road corridors
• Collaborating with local communities, municipalities, and other stakeholders to address land use concerns
• Formulating guidelines and policies that govern land use in relation to road infrastructure
• Addressing and resolving disputes arising from land use within road reserves

Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Town Planning or Land Survey
