Key responsibilities include reinforcing the bank's drive of Agile and nWoW's, participating in the planning, estimation, and sizing of products, features, and stories, delivering well-structured, standard-designed quality assurance solutions within agreed timelines, reporting testing status daily, and contributing to retrospective reviews to introduce efficiencies.
Embracing collaboration and customer-centered service design philosophies is essential, with close collaboration with QA Leads, Chapter Leads, Developers, Architects, Product Owner, and other stakeholders. Building deep relationships with peers, subject matter experts, developers, and product owners through honest communication aligning with client values.
