A Sales Learner position in Gauteng is available, closing on September 4, 2025. This hybrid, 9-12 month contract role supports the sales team in lead generation, client engagement, market research, data management, and administrative tasks, utilizing technology and AI. Requirements include a recent National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering, with sales or contact centre experience being advantageous. Strong communication, organizational, and digital skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Assist with cold calling, scheduling client meetings, and following up on leads to support business development
• Market Research: Conduct online research to gather insights on clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform sales strategies
• Data Management: Accurately input and update client and sales information in Excel and CRM systems to maintain organized records
• Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and professional emails, and handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team
• Campaign Support: Contribute to planning, tracking, and reporting on sales campaigns and team activities to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering
• Experience in Contact Centre, Sales or Sales Administration
