The NYDA invites unemployed graduates aged 18 to 35 to apply for the 24-month Internship Programme 2025/2026. This programme provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience, develop essential skills, and contribute meaningfully to youth development across South Africa. Persons with disabilities (PWDs) are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service support
• Assist in handling enquiries and requests from stakeholders
• Support administrative and project-related tasks
• Ensure efficient service delivery aligned with NYDA’s youth development mandate

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Contact Centre Management / Communications
