The NYDA invites unemployed graduates aged 18 to 35 to apply for the 24-month Internship Programme 2025/2026. This programme provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience, develop essential skills, and contribute meaningfully to youth development across South Africa. Persons with disabilities (PWDs) are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Operations unit
• Assist in coordinating office processes and service delivery
• Support project implementation and resource management
• Contribute to monitoring and reporting on operations activities
• Handle general office duties as assigned

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Contact Centre Management / Communications
