A leading retailer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead the process mapping of its internal systems on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract basis. This critical role focuses on understanding, documenting, and optimising business processes across all functions of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG, warehouse, e-commerce, and retail operations, along with experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping of ERP and related systems’ workflows
• Document current state (“as-is”) and future state (“to-be”) processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and validate process flows
• Develop detailed process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping Strong understanding of FMCG, warehouse, ecommerce and retail operations
• Experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
