Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all workplace experiences aligned with agreed development objectives
• Attend and engage in training and development interventions as part of the professional development programme
• Provide ad hoc support to customers and the team to help maintain overall team performance
• Complete all required administrative tasks effectively, including tracking and reporting progress
• Contribute to both individual growth and organisational development by meeting set training objectives
