Metropolitan Life, a leading financial services brand in South Africa, is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme for unemployed youth interested in sales and customer service. The program, which starts in October 2025, provides them with the opportunity to gain workplace experience in the insurance industry and obtain a Wealth Management NQF level 4 qualification. The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, fluency in English, and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Complete all theoretical learning and assessments
• Complete all administrative and reporting duties within required timeframes
• Collate, compile, and distribute documents to the required standards
• Attend to client queries professionally to ensure excellent client experience and service levels
• Screen and route queries to appropriate stakeholders and assist in query resolution
• Maintain office housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
