National Brands Limited (NBL) is seeking enthusiastic Industrial Engineering In-service Trainees to join their Rosslyn Snacks factory. This role offers hands-on, project-based experience to drive efficiency and innovation within a leading FMCG company known for iconic biscuit brands. The trainee will work in a factory environment, gaining practical skills and interacting with various levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Improve and refine process methods and effectiveness
• Explore ways to enhance and streamline operational processes
• Work on labour analysis projects

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Sciences, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology with a major in Industrial Engineering
• A minimum average of 70% in the final year of studies
• Vacation or part-time work experience is a plus
• Effective communication skills across various organisational levels
• Good understanding of Industrial Engineering principles
