OSS Hastings is offering a 12-month Learnership program in Centurion, South Africa, for unemployed youth interested in a non-financial advice giving role. The program provides work experience and a stipend of R12,000, with working hours based on a predetermined roster. Successful applicants must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, initiative, professional engagement, adaptability, multitasking, and communication skills. To qualify, applicants must be a South African citizen, between 18 and 35, and unemployed in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Practice and develop work skills to prepare for a future career in the Financial and Insurance industry
• Attend full qualification training sessions
• Work according to a pre-determined roster
• Demonstrate professional engagement with clients and colleagues in a call centre environment
• Apply interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and handle client interactions

Qualifications

• Matric Computer Literate
