Description

A 12-month learnership program within the Finance department. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in credit and accounts payable functions, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and managing supplier queries at the Head Office in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing supplier invoices and monthly reconciliations
  • Sort out supplier queries and manage the ageing of supplier accounts
  • Communicate with hospitals regarding purchases and queries

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting software (Sage Evolution / Business Dynamics) is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
  • Deadline-driven and able to work under supervision
