The Consumer Care Learnership plays a practical role in supporting Experian's compliance with the NCR, ensuring both legal adherence and the protection of consumer trust. Based in Stellenbosch, this full time learnership provides participants with hands on experience in consumer dispute management and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound calls to resolve queries related to credit reports
  • Handling consumer complaints received via email, web forms, and social media platforms
  • Capturing, investigating, and closing disputes in alignment with NCR regulations
  • Supporting Experian's self-service platform, Up, including activations and troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 qualification (NQF Level 4)
  • Customer Service Certificate
