Alfa Laval Middle East and Africa is seeking a passionate and determined HR Intern to join the Johannesburg Office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The HR Intern will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance and accuracy of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Schedule and confirm interviews, and update job postings on multiple platforms
• Ensure smooth onboarding experiences, including preparing welcome packs and coordinating with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate personnel files and prepare HR-related reports

Qualifications

• Matric
• BCom Human Resources / BCom Hons Industrial Psychology
• SFD qualification will be advantageous
