The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a diploma in testing or programming, a degree or relevant certification, 3+ years of experience, and banking industry experience.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders, managing service execution, creating action test plans, and executing system validation plans. The candidate will also need to understand and implement IT development steps and methodology, and upgrade existing test scripts to test enhancements and new requirements.
