An IT Administrator Officer learner focuses on the smooth, day-to-day operation of administrative tasks, ensuring IT processes run efficiently from a support perspective.

Responsibilities

• Managing IT department schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Handling IT-related correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Maintaining IT asset inventories (hardware, software licenses) and tracking procurement processes
• Providing basic user support for common IT issues
• Organizing and maintaining IT documentation and filing systems
• Coordinating IT training sessions or workshops
• Managing basic access permissions for IT facilities or systems
• Participate in expense tracking
• Participate in vendor relation management

Qualifications

• Matric
• IT related Diploma/Degree
• 0–1-year relevant working experience
