Description

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, is committed to building youth employability by offering practical workplace experience through its Graduate Internship Programme. This 24-month programme is designed for unemployed graduates to gain exposure, sharpen their skills, and bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace application. Interns will be placed in the Call Centre Quality Assurance unit, where they will learn how to evaluate, monitor, and improve customer service delivery standards

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess recorded customer calls to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance checklists and evaluation forms
  • Provide feedback reports to supervisors to improve customer service performance
  • Capture and analyse call quality data to identify trends, gaps, and training needs
  • Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives in the Call Centre
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to quality reporting and record-keeping

Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Call Centre Management (or closely related qualification)
