The YES Youth Opportunity at @home Livingspace, Springfield, offers young South Africans the chance to gain valuable first-time work experience in a dynamic retail environment. Participants will be placed on a 12-month fixed-term contract where they will learn key retail operations, customer service, and sales support, while contributing to the store’s daily activities. This programme is designed to equip youth with practical workplace skills that enhance future employability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in-store
• Support the team with sales, merchandising, and product displays
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications

• Must be available and willing to work for a 12-month fixed contract (April 2025 – March 2026)
• Should not have been permanently employed with one employer for longer than 1 year
• Should not be studying full-time during the employment period
• Should not have participated in the YES Programme before
