Description

This is a hybrid sales role in Gauteng, South Africa, where you will drive strategic insights, strengthen operational integrity, and improve customer satisfaction. You will also transform data into action, support workforce management, ensure service accountability, maintain resource efficiency, improve product lifecycle management, streamline financial operations, safeguard revenue flow, enhance internal communication, optimize resource management, and foster a culture of awareness. The role requires a Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification and prior experience in customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing, consolidating, and distributing sales reports, empower leadership with clear visibility into performance trends, enabling smarter business decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with sales quotes and invoices means you'll safeguard financial accuracy and uphold the company’s standards and reputation
  • Your commitment to service excellence and proactive feedback will build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships with customers
  • Through data interpretation, you’ll uncover patterns and opportunities that can streamline operations or boost sales effectiveness
  • Capturing leave records and preparing monthly summaries ensures smooth HR operations and helps maintain team productivity

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification is required
  • Prior experience in customer interaction is advantageous
