Eligibility criteria include obtaining a Matric qualification, computer literacy, general administrative experience, customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide policyholders with outstanding service and a superior customer experience while addressing various queries related to claims and policy benefits, among other matters
• Accurately capture claims information to ensure precision and completeness
• Verify the accuracy and validity of claim details
• Confirm policy status and premium payments to facilitate efficient claim processing
• Obtain and attach all necessary supporting documentation to the claims administration system for thorough claim assessment
