In terms of responsibilities, the Business Analyst will handle the monthly sales management reporting and pricing cycle by driving processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data packages and communication to key stakeholders. They will adopt and promote effective procedures to ensure the accuracy and compliance of information and processes with company policies. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders to maintain tools and processes effectively, implementing improvements to support evolving sales requirements, and supporting the release of company sales KPIs and related metrics. Additionally, the Business Analyst will coordinate mid-term and annual business planning operations in cooperation with various finance and management teams, support business planning cycle activities to maintain consistency between plans and actuals, and aid in the development and maintenance of the business planning platform to maximize performance and efficiency.
