The HR Graduate Internship provides recent graduates with an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on work experience within SASA’s Human Resources department. Based at SASA’s offices in Mount Edgecombe, this programme offers a structured learning environment where interns will gain exposure to various HR functions and processes while working under the guidance of experienced mentors. Interns will initially handle entry-level HR tasks and gradually be given more responsibility as they develop skills and demonstrate competence. This internship is designed to prepare candidates for future HR roles by giving them both practical experience and professional mentorship

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Support payroll and HR compliance activities
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives
• Assist with reporting and preparation of HR documentation

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
