The IT Graduate Internship is an excellent opportunity for recent IT graduates to gain real-world experience and practical skills within a professional IT environment. Based at SASA’s Mount Edgecombe offices, the internship provides exposure to information technology systems, business applications, and support operations. Interns will begin with entry-level tasks and gradually take on more responsibility as they gain experience, under the mentorship of senior IT professionals. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates seeking to start a career in IT, systems administration, or business information systems

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and configuration
• Support the deployment and monitoring of business information systems
• Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions
• Participate in IT-related projects and contribute to problem-solving efforts
• Learn and apply IT best practices under the supervision of experienced mentors

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems
